How To Defend Against DDoS Attack?

I’m currently receiving a DDoS attack on one of my servers I have already installed the following;
LiteSpeed
DDoS-Deflate
SynDeflate
CSF Firewall
What can I do to stop the offending IPs?
Or do you have any suggestions to tweak my settings? Should I disable Smart Keep Alive in LiteSpeed?

How To Asign A Domain To A Vps

hosting os is windows server 2008
now everything works fine
i can enter the site with ip
but i could not find a way to asign my domain to my ip adress
my domain is registered to the godaddy
