I’m looking for cheap shared hosting for a website located in The Netherlands. I don’t need oodles of space or bandwidth, even 500MB space would be sufficient for the meantime. Anything more I’d be forced to VPS because of possible bandwidth/CPU usage because of hits. (So therefore not looking for pricey hosts, $10 would be perfect.)

That’s my other requirement, must have available upgrade plans in place, when needed.

The website, you’ve probably guessed, will contain copyright materials that are only linked to. Only one TV series will be linked. It’s not going to be a link farm or warez forum/torrent etc. It’s purely a alternative to the free service that is already offered legally (For reasons I’m not going into.)

Keep your personal thoughts on this matter bottled up please.
