Hi!
I am about to launch a social networking site which have facility to upload unlimited number of photos, videos, having chat options. i am expecting 50000 users with 10000 at a time. the company to which i have given site to develop is ready to host site and maintain site for one year. but i want a dedicated server of mine right from the begining. so kindly advice me regarding the following :
1) should i go for a dedicated server right from the start or let the web developing company handle it for first one year??
2) how much will be the cost of dedicated web server for my requirement?
3) which configuration should i be using for the server?
4) will there be any data security and safety issues??
5) if i get a dedicated server to operate it and for the administration how many people are required?? with their designations??

it will be great help if u can advice in detail for these questions.
