veeble.org and its services.. vps + reseller plan (those I got) are both S-L-O-W .. and for a few minutes ago down.. starting with mysql connection errors.. and before that cpanel gave license issues, that the server hadnt them installed.
And ping/latency are spanning between 1000-4000ms .. and the download/upload speed is 0-16 [...]
