Hey,
A week or so ago I started getting the following error with emails going to yahoo stuck in my exim mail queue:

421 4.7.1 [TS03] All messages from 69.10.56.102 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed

So yahoo is blocking all emails coming from my IP. I run a shared cpanel server where everyone shares the same IP.
I have filled out their bulk email form once and i dont know if it worked but the emails were out of the mail queue one day os either they got sent or were emptied.
I have just forced enabled DKIM on all accounts to try to make yahoo happy.
What do I do to get them to unblock me?
